The University Ombudsman’s Office offers various services:

  • Complaints or claims: we carry out an independent investigation to gather information aboutthe registered complaints.
  • Advice: we offer advice on all aspects of the University organization and management.
  • Mediations: the ombudsman can mediate, given a previous agreement of the involved parties, in any university conflict or dispute.


As a consequence of the investigation of a claim, the Ombudsman’s Office can recommend the measures that must be taken in order to redress the identified deficiency or error to the corresponding Governing Bodies of the University.
