Members of the University Community may make complaints, suggestions and initiatives related to the operation of the Ombudsman. They may be submitted in writing by any means or medium, which shall include the information identifying the person who submits it.

He received the complaint, suggestion or initiative shall be entered in the relevant register, by contacting the sender, and pending in the Technical Directorate of the Office, to proceed immediately to consideration and decision by the competent bodies.

No later tha twenty days from the filing of the complaint, suggestion or initiative, the sender will send positioning Defenders maketh a question raised (unless you have to perform other actions).
